We’ll start by asking about your remodeling goals, but we’ll also take time to understand how you live day-to-day. How does your family spend time together? What areas of your home do you use most? Are there specific features or spaces you’ve always dreamed of having? By learning about your priorities and budget upfront, we can design a plan that aligns with both your vision and your financial goals.
Collaboration
As we move into the collaboration phase, we’ll work together to confirm your budget and narrow down the features that matter most for your remodel. With this direction in place, our design team begins shaping detailed plans, while keeping you closely involved every step of the way. Your input is essential as we refine layouts, finishes, and we’ll always be transparent about how each choice affects the overall cost.
Once the design takes shape, we use advanced modeling tools to create a detailed digital representation of your remodeled space. From there, we develop a formal proposal and establish allowances based on your selections. When the plans, specifications, and budget are fully reviewed and approved, we finalize the agreement and prepare to move confidently into the remodeling phase.
Construction
Your remodel remains a collaborative process all the way through completion. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact throughout construction, and our project management software allows you to stay connected, track progress, and view site photos as work moves forward. We’ll also schedule periodic in-person walkthroughs so you can see the transformation taking shape and weigh in on important details—like switch placement, built-ins, or custom storage—before everything is finalized.

We understand that remodeling means living in your home while work is underway, which is why we take extensive measures to protect your space. From dust containment systems and protective barriers to daily jobsite cleanups, we work hard to minimize disruption and keep your home as clean and comfortable as possible. final walkthrough
At the completion of your remodel, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough to review the updated spaces and walk you through new systems, features, and finishes. We’ll make sure you understand how everything works and provide guidance on care and maintenance, along with contact information for trusted trades should you ever need additional support.

While the project may be finished, our relationship doesn’t end there. Your remodel is covered by our warranty, and you’ll continue to have access to the same project management software used during construction. This allows you to submit warranty items, track any follow-up needs, and reach out with questions as you settle back into your refreshed home.
